Becca's Roadmap Issue 25

🗺️ Becca's Roadmap | Issue 25, Survivor Royale Disputes, Reward Restructuring, and Game Performance Optimization! 🗺️

Chiefs,
Welcome to Becca's Roadmap Issue 25. This week, we'll address a series of pressing issues, from competition fairness to reward rebalancing and game performance improvements.

We always listen to the voice of the community, striving to provide you with the best gaming experience.

1️⃣ This Week's Top 1 Hot Topic: Survival Royale: Apex Clash
🔥 Matching and Grouping: We received concerns from players in Server 336: Players with significant power differences were matched together.
🗣 Becca's Explanation: According to the competition rules, matchmaking does not distinguish between groups A, B, and C, as all players can play together. The grouping only affects the advancement rankings.

Chiefs can participate in more Survivor Royale to refresh the total points and improve rankings within the group.

🔥 Tournament Betting: Description Optimizations
🗣 Becca's Take: Regarding the issue of inaccurate betting descriptions mentioned by many players, we will immediately correct the betting instructions to ensure that the rules for event betting are clearer and easier to understand.

2️⃣ This Week's Top 2 Hot Topic: Can extra Statues be dismantled into pearls? Can they be traded?
🗣 Becca's Take: Regarding the concerns about maxed-out Statues in the backpack, we will introduce a skin trading system during the upcoming anniversary event in September.

Although pearls are not currently an option for dismantling exchanges, we will thoroughly explore more possibilities for repurposing old items.

3️⃣ This Week's Top 3 Hot Topic: How to optimize the frequent lag issues recently encountered by iOS players?
🗣 Becca's Take: Adopted! To reduce game lag issues, we will lower the frame rate on iOS devices when the battery is low, and enhance lag monitoring in version 22.10.

Meanwhile, we have also upgraded the engine to version 22.20 and continue to monitor and address previous lag issues.

4️⃣ This Week's Top 4 Hot Topic: The rewards and gameplay time for Paw-some Puzzle Party are mismatched.
🗣 Becca's Take: Adopted! We will update rewards for the Paw-some Puzzle Party event in version 30, ensuring that the time investment matches the rewards.

5️⃣ This Week's Top 5 Hot Topic: Alliance Mine gathering doesn’t count toward State Event Badge Points?
🗣 Becca's Take: Adopted! Thank you very much for the suggestion. We plan to allow resources mined through Alliance Mines to count toward the completion of seasonal badges. An update will be arranged soon.

After the optimization is complete, we will notify you through community and in-game announcements.

6️⃣ This Week's Top 6 Hot Topic: How many days are chat records saved? Is it possible to save all of them?
🗣 Becca's Take: We confirm that chat records will be retained for 14 days.

7️⃣ This Week's Top 7 Hot Topic: What to do about the excessive upgrade items for Labyrinth City Vehicles?
🗣 Becca's Take: Regarding the consumption of upgrade materials for the Excavator, we will expand the exchange system to include options such as Spin Tokens. This is expected to launch next week.

Regarding other issues, such as suggestions for adjusting the rewards of "Ray's Place," we regret that our team has not adopted these for the time being.

The development team will still consider the suggestions from Chiefs.

Thank you for your patience in reading this week's Roadmap. We hope that through continuous communication and updates, we can make your gaming journey smoother and more enjoyable.

We look forward to your valuable feedback to continuously improve the quality of the game. The next issue of Becca's Roadmap will bring more exciting content, so stay tuned. We wish you all the best in the game and victory in your battles!

Becca‘s Roadmap Issue 24

🗺️ Becca's Roadmap | Issue 24: Intel Post and State Event Tasks Rewards Are Cut? Dive in Now! 🗺️

Chiefs,
Thanks for your continued attention and support.
In this issue of Becca's Roadmap, we'll discuss some hot topics that players are concerned about and provide relevant updates and explanations.

🔥 This Week's Top 1 Hot Topic: Intel Post Help Task—Energy Cell reward reduces?
🗣 Becca's Explanation: Energy Cell tasks are exclusive to Solo Tasks of the Intel Post and will not appear in Help Tasks.

Help Tasks do not affect the number of Solo Tasks, nor do they reduce the overall rewards for Solo Tasks.

In other words, your Solo Task rewards will not be reduced due to the Help Tasks.

🔥 This Week's Top 2 Hot Topic: Intel Post Help Task—Plasma reward reduces?
🗣 Becca's Explanation: During the "Plasma Leakage" event, completing Intel Post tasks, whether solo or with help, will reward you with Plasma.

If you complete the task before the event starts, but claim the task rewards after the event begins, Plasma will not be included in the rewards. This is because the rewards are determined based on the status at the time of task completion.

To ensure you receive Plasma rewards from Intel Post tasks, please complete these tasks after the event has started.

🔥 This Week's Top 3 Hot Topic: Burden Relief of State Event Tasks and Seasonal Tech
🗣 Becca's Take: Although some tasks have been reduced, their corresponding rewards have been distributed among other tasks.

You will notice this change in the second stage of the State Event.

We removed certain tasks to reduce the burden on players, while ensuring that the overall value of rewards is maintained.

🔥 This Week's Top 4 Hot Topic: Cross-Generation State Matching Issues?
🗣 Becca's Take: Our matchmaking system is designed to pair players from cross-generation servers with States of the same generation.

If you encounter a situation where you are matched with a State that is not in the same generation as you, please report the specific details to our customer service. We will investigate whether there is a bug and report back to you.

🔥 This Week's Top 5 Hot Topic: The Future of the Fortress Fight Event
🗣 Becca's Take: As previously mentioned, we currently have no plans to update the rewards for the Fortress Fight event.

We are not considering changing the rewards for older events like Plague Zone, Fortress Fight, and Capital Clash for now.

However, we've heard the players' voices about keeping Fortress Fight, so this event will be temporarily retained. If there's a decision to discontinue the event in the future, we'll make sure to transfer the rewards appropriately, to avoid any loss for players.

🔥 This Week's Top 6 Hot Topic #6: Reforge Count Shows in Tempest Arms Auction
🗣 Becca's Take: We greatly value your feedback.

To help players better evaluate the Tempest Arms in Auctions, we plan to display the number of reforges on the auction interface.

We will notify you of the specific launch time for this optimization in a future announcement.

Here's all for this week. We hope these adjustments will better address your needs and expectations.

Thank you again for your support. We look forward to updating you on the dev team's progress in the next roadmap.

Becca's Roadmap Issue 23

🗺️ Becca's Roadmap | Issue 23: Pearl Store Tempest Arms, Effortless Progress Time Notification, and Strategic Deployment Missions Improvement 🗺️

Chiefs,
Welcome to another issue of Becca's Roadmap. This time, I'll inform you of the time of each improvement and future plans more accurately.
We always read all feedback. If you don't see us respond to new feedback, it means we need more time to consider it.
In this issue, we won't discuss the feedback to which we already replied we won't make changes for now.

1️⃣ Top Issue #1: What's the update frequency and time of the Pearl Store?
🔥 Roadmap: We have added skins to the current Pearl Store of Future Tycoon so that you have more items to choose from.
We plan to add new cosmetic items to the Pearl Store every month to meet your requirement for the Morale cap.
Unfortunately, Tempest Arms, Aircrafts, and Energy Conversion Units won't be added to the Pearl Store for now.

2️⃣ Top Issue #2: Can you arrange Effortless Progress and Material Furnace at a fixed time?
🗓️ Event Plan: The Effortless Progress event is opened at 0:00 (UTC) on Monday every 2 weeks, lasting for 7 days.

The event will follow the above time. If there are special circumstances, we will inform you in advance.
Material Furnace covers the opening time of Survival of the Fittest, but is at a different time from Effortless Progress. We will make sure the events are opened long enough and switched every week so that all players can participate.

3️⃣ Top Issue #3: Have you solved the 5-star mission difficulty problem of Strategic Deployment?
⭐️ Hotfix Record: We reduced the difficulty of advanced missions of Strategic Deployment during hotfix on July 17.
🔥 5-Star Missions: Legendary heroes can also participate in Strategic Deployment. It's no longer limited to completed heroes.

4️⃣ Top Issue #4: Have you solved the problem that the Alliance Gather Point is easily placed?
📢 Update Record: A second confirmation was added in Version 1.22.00 which simplified the replacement cancelling.

5️⃣ Top Issue #5: Not all players can get the first battle rewards of Fortress Fight due to the rally restriction. Will you consider changing the rally restriction?
🗣 Becca's Important Statement: We're considering closing Fortress Fight!

We won't make any changes to the rewards and the mechanism of Fortress Fight in the future.

6️⃣ Top Issue #6: Have you changed the attacking rules? Can't we attack others now?
🗣 Becca's Clarification: We didn't make any changes to the attacking rules in the game.

We strictly prohibit third-party cheating software that attacks others maliciously.

That's so much content for this issue. We take all feedback seriously and always strive to bring you a better gaming experience.

Catch more updates in the next issue of Becca's Roadmap, and have fun out there!

Becca's Roadmap Issue 22
🗺️ Becca's Roadmap | Issue 22: Hot Topics 🗺️

Chiefs,
As a new week unfolds, Becca and the development team continue to turn your feedback into actionable plans.

Here's what we've addressed from last week's feedback and our upcoming improvements.

🔥 Top Issue #1: A surge in new events, but old events aren't slowing down?
🗣 Becca's Take: We've heard your concerns about the pacing of events.

To balance the excitement of new and existing events, we've tweaked our event schedule. This ensures no overlap between fan-favourites like Desert Survival and Path of Water. To balance the excitement of new and existing events, we've tweaked our event schedule. This ensures no overlap between fan-favourites like Desert Survival and Path of Water.

🔥 Top Issue #2: Why hasn't the Pearl Store seen any new items lately?
🗣 Becca's Take: Thank you for your enthusiasm for the Pearl Shop!

Rest assured, the team is busy updating the inventory. You'll see new items in the upcoming Future Tycoon event, and more additions during regular events to keep things exciting.

🔥 Top Issue #3: Start times for Supply Rush, Effortless Progress, and Lucky Slots are unclear?
🗣 Becca's Take: We apologize for the confusion over the timing of the last Supply Rush.

We're setting a new standard: events will start at 00:00 UTC and run for five days, giving every Chief plenty of time to get in on the action. We're working on better staggering the events to make sure everyone has a fair chance to participate.

🔥 Top Issue #4: Problems with State Events—scarce resources and difficult upgrades?
🗣 Becca's Take: We've fine-tuned the State Events based on your feedback.

Seasonal tech upgrades, for example, should now be smoother with better rewards, including immediate ore rewards to help you progress.

🔥 Top Issue #5: Constant Chief Chef events make it hard to collect materials?
🗣 Becca's Take: Your feedback is invaluable, and we plan to spread the events out more thoughtfully.

If the events continue to be back-to-back, we'll reduce the difficulty of collecting materials and improve the recycling mechanics to make it easier for everyone to participate.

🔥 Update on Last Week's Issue: Can't cancel resonance once heroes are deployed in King of the Hill.
🗣 Becca's Update: We're on it! We've recognized the issue and are making adjustments.

Expect improvements to the hero resonance system in our next update, and make sure it doesn't interfere with the King of the Hill event.

Thank you for all your feedback and suggestions this week. Our commitment to improving your experience continues.

We look forward to making the game better with you.

Catch more updates in the next issue of Becca's Roadmap, and have fun out there!

Becca's Roadmap Issue 21
🗺️ Becca's Roadmap | Issue 21: Let's Improve the Game Together 🗺️

Chiefs,
As a new week starts, I'm back again with the dev team's latest responses.

So far, we have been listening and taking measures. Here are the responses to your invaluable feedback and directions of future improvements.

🔥 Hot Topic This Week No.1: The rewards of Pinball Madness aren't good enough and the odds are extremely low. It's hard to get a high score.

🗣 Becca's Take: Thanks for your feedback.

We are well aware of the importance of good gaming experience and will add more types of rewards in the next Pinball Madness.

🔥 Hot Topic This Week No.2: Only a limited number of players can get rewards from the Alliance event of Intercity Trade.

🗣 Becca's Take: Your feedback is of great importance to us. Currently, we are discussing if we should change the rule of limiting players down to 5.

To ensure fairness and team spirit in the Alliance event, we will conduct in-depth data analyses and improve the event mechanism based on the analysis results.

🔥 Hot Topic This Week No.3: The output and the conversion rate of the mines in State Event are low.

🗣 Becca's Take: Based on your feedback last week, we have doubled the output of Lvl.7-9 advanced mines.

We don't have plans to increase the output again for now, but we will pay close attention and, if necessary, make adjustments to maintain the game balance.

🔥 Hot Topic This Week No.4: Is the update on the TMNT crossover store a bug?

🗣 Becca's Take: We apologize for not having informed the update on the exchange store in time.

But please rest assured. The update on June 16th isn't a bug but scheduled. We will send notices in advance in the future in case there are confusions.

🔥 Hot Topic This Week No.5: Advice for the Valentine's Day event.

🗣 Becca's Take: Thanks for your feedback.

We are aware the Valentine's Day event may feel sudden.

But like this year, we held a Valentine's Day event on June last year.

Based on the experience from last year and your feedback, we will send event previews and promotions in advance in the future.

Becca's Roadmap Issue 20
🗺️ Becca's Roadmap | Issue 20

Chiefs,
With an exciting new patch on the horizon, it's time for another update from the dev team.

The State Event has been bustling, and I've been busy collecting all your feedback and suggestions. Just so you know, we value every piece of feedback like a gem. Let me take you behind the scenes to see how our team is addressing your concerns!

• Top Issue #1: Too many bugs in Nexus Struggle—did you guys even test this?

🗣 Becca's Take: First off, sorry for the hassle these glitches caused. Nexus Struggle was a bold new venture that unexpectedly unleashed a bunch of bugs.

We've logged all the bugs you reported, and most of them have been squashed. Thanks for bearing with us.

❓️ What we're Doing: We're now inviting players to join our weekly PTR (Public Test Realm) to help us extend our testing phases and squash any pesky bugs before events go live.

• Top Issue #2: Why no updates about the bugs?

🗣 Becca's Take: Apologies for the radio silence. The bulk of these bugs hit us over a weekend when we were a bit short-staffed. We threw everything into fixing them, which slowed down our updates.

💕 But here's my promise: We read and take every single bug report seriously and work diligently to fix them.

• Top Issue #3: Outdated event rewards—when will you update them?

🗣 Becca's Take: We're on it!

•Here's the scoop: Azurtane Heist is getting a reward boost later this year.
•No changes planned yet for: Capital Clash, Governor Packs, Intel Missions, and Explorer Trail.
•Still thinking about updates for: Infected Tides, Fortress Fight.

• Top Issue #4: Why do Bounty Blast items disappear?

🗣 Development Update: We're brainstorming clearer end-of-event alerts and notifications.

🗣 Becca's Take: We heard your feedback loud and clear.

Until the improvements are implemented, please be aware of this highlighted section in the event rules:

"Item exchange is still available during the settlement stage. At the end of the event, unused Gold and Silver Bounty Coins will be automatically recycled."

Watch for a badge notification on the Events Billboard, which means the event is in the settlement stage.

Don't forget to make those exchanges in time!

• Top Issue #5: No mining after Nexus Struggle ends—losing out on weekly pass benefits.

🗣 Development Update: Identified as a bug. Really sorry about that! We're planning compensation for the inconvenience.

• Top Issue #6: No Any plans to fix the scheduling conflict between Fortress Fight and Nexus Struggle on Fridays? Can we jump straight to the event coordinates after signing up for Fortress Fight?

🗣 Development Update: We're smoothing out the scheduling. Relocation improvements for Fortress Fight are also in development and are expected to go live next month.

🗣 Becca's Take: Thanks for the feedback on this! We're tweaking the alliance features as we speak. Soon, R4 or above members will be able to set a gather point for Fortress Fight right after signing up, making it super easy for the whole alliance to move together.

• Top Issue #7: The game feels too pay-to-win.

🗣 Becca's Take: We hear you. We're looking to include more free items in future State Events to help balance the scales.

We realize these issues have put a damper on your gameplay, and we're genuinely sorry.

Rest assured, we're on it—fixing problems, enhancing our service, and making sure your voice is heard. Our commitment to improving your experience is unwavering.
Every bit of feedback drives us forward. Catch you next time!

That's all for now from Becca's dev diary.💌

Beccas Roadmap Issue 19
🗺️ Becca's Roadmap | Issue 19

Chiefs,
I'm your old friend, Becca, back again today with loads of feedback results. Grab your coffee ☕, get your snacks ready 🍪, and let's dive into the major things we've accomplished this week!
Now, let's take a look at this week's hot topics.

Let's start with a quick review of the hot topic last week: matching problems of King of the Hill

🔎Becca's Investigation Update: A big shout-out to our players for the reports! 🎉

We've finally tracked down that "mysterious" match. It turns out the old matching system did put some of our players in a "big fish in a small pond" scenario. But don't worry, we always deliver on our promises. We're currently revamping the King of the Hill matching mechanism. In the future, opponents will be matched based on the strength of your alliance members.

Matching Mechanism Optimization Progress: Hang tight! Give us 1 to 2 months, and this exciting enhancement will be rolled out.

1️⃣ Top 1st Hot Topic This Week: Intel Post FAQ Compilation
🔥 Progress: Optimization is in full swing!
🗣 Becca's Response: We have taken note of the feedback on "excessive Stamina consumption," "Plasma Leakage rewards," and "insufficient Help Rewards" shared through the Intel Post.

Plasma Core no bg Plasma Leakage: Rest assured, helping others at the Intel Post will not affect Plasma Leakage rewards. Whether you help others during the day or are helped at night, the rewards received are fair.
⬇️ Help Stamina and Rewards at Other Times: Following your suggestions, we are reducing the Stamina consumption for Help quests and increasing the rewards. This adjustment is expected to roll out with the next version.

2️⃣ Top 2nd Hot Topic This Week: Too many game events and too frequent updates 🗣
Becca's Response: We've received quite a bit of feedback about events being too intensive and updates too frequent. We've also seen your complaints about certain gameplay aspects from the community and social media. If you think some events could be "packed up and taken away", feel free to tell us. Based on your feedback, we'll adjust the game's pace again.

3️⃣ Top 3rd Hot Topic This Week: Redundant items, skin recycling issues 🔥
Progress: Optimization is in full swing!
Becca's Response: This optimization focuses on some of the redundant items in the early stages of the game. We have gathered the R&D team to tackle this quest.
Stay tuned for more detailed progress updates and plans

4️⃣ Top 4th Hot Topic This Week: Issues with Recycling Heroes' After-Hours Vouchers 🗣
Becca's Response: We see and hear your feedback, and we're considering it all. Currently, we might optimize this gameplay, but we have no plans to stop recycling vouchers for now.

5️⃣ Top 5th Hot Topic This Week: The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover comic tasks require numerous Gacha draws, making it challenging to complete. 🗣
Becca's Response: We've received your feedback on this Task, and may optimize it in the future.

Becca couldn't help but add: Don't forget our previous sharing event in the in-game Community Center, where we gave away 15 Gacha Coins.

Similar benefit events will continue, so stay tuned and don't miss out!

That concludes our share for this time. Thank you all for your continued support and suggestions. We will keep striving to make the journey of survival even more exciting! Until the next log, wishing you enjoyable battles!

Becca's Roadmap Issue 18
🗺️ Becca's Roadmap | Issue 18

Chiefs,
I hope things are going smoothly for you as your explore the wilderness! In this issue, I’ll be sharing our responses to the top feedback we’ve received. Let’s go check out all the new info in this latest edition of my intel!

🔥Feedback 1: Is there going to be any more compensation for the last State Warfare event?

🗣Developer’s Response: There won’t be any additional compensation.

❗️Reason: After analyzing and evaluating our data, we believe that the issue that occurred in the first match didn’t have a very widespread impact and won’t have any effect on subsequent contests for which the final results and Rewards will be issued.

This problem has already been fixed and we have already issued compensation to all the States concerned. We will not be making any more responses or issuing any further compensation for the last State Warfare event.

🔥Feedback 2: The Path of Water matching was unfair and there weren’t many Rewards to choose from.

💥Development Progress: Currently being fixed.

🗣Developer’s Response: The current matching mechanism used in the Path of Water is based on your current State and draws opponents for you from a matching pool with the same progress as yours. In some States the matching pool can be limited in size, which can lead to greater differences in Power among opponents. We are aware of these issues and will carry out ongoing optimizations.

🔥Feedback 3: The launch times and frequency of Annihilation Awaits isn’t that reasonable.

💥Development Progress: Currently being fixed.

🗣Developer’s Response: We received feedback on this from many of our Chiefs. In regards to these requests, we will be reducing the difficulty of obtaining Rewards and adding more Rewards for single rallies.

At present, we won’t be changing the Rewards allocation for rallies.

🔥Feedback 4: Since the previous State Event is not available in our State, we are unable to obtain the exclusive Skins and Rewards for the State Event. Is there anything that can be done about this?

💥Development Progress: We are currently adding more ways of obtaining exclusive Skins.

🗣Developer’s Response: In order to deliver a new State Event experience to our Chiefs, we will continue to update the State Event and add previous exclusive State Event decorations with new ways to acquire Skins, such as the Astro Coin Store.

🔥Feedback 5: Why aren’t there any pre-orders available for Gen-18 Heroes?

💥Development Progress: You can obtain Gen-18 Heroes once the new State Event is launched.

🗣Developer’s Response: This time we launched a new event for obtaining new Heroes in cross-gen States: Heroes' After-Hours.

You can obtain Heroes through Heroes' After-Hours.

We have also received other top feedback from our Chiefs such as displaying the number of Chiefs in State Transfers and States where there are no State Transfers being launched. We haven’t provided responses for these yet because we are still carefully considering this feedback.

There is also some individual feedback which we haven’t addressed in this time for which you can contact our Support and Community teams.

Thank you, as always, to each of our Chiefs for your incredible passion and invaluable feedback. We will continue to spare no efforts in ensuring that each update delivers an optimal gaming experience. When the next update comes, we will look forward to chatting with you again. Keep in touch!

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 17
🗺️ Issue 17: This Week’s Highlights 🗺️

Chiefs, Hey there, it’s Becca here with my Roadmap. By this time I’m sure you’ve already checked out our new events. What did you think? With the new season approaching, I’m preparing some preview content for you which I’ll share with you soon.

The following is the dev team’s responses to the feedback for this week’s highlights:

🔥 Feedback 1: Have the Special Exchange Rewards been reduced?

🗣️ Developer: This is a misunderstanding. A number of players provided us with feedback saying the Special Exchange Rewards had been reduced.

However, this Special Exchange is a special edition that we designed specifically for the end of the season. The Crates are available at discount prices and we added custom Rewards this time. The Rewards offer more, not less.

The overall value offers more, plus we’ve added more to the Rewards.

We may consider, in the next season, reverting the Special Exchange so that it features the previous Rewards offered.

🔥 Feedback 2: Why were the Flawless Pearl Rewards removed from the Supply Rush?

🗣️Developer: This is also a misunderstanding.

Some Chiefs may have gotten the Supply Rush from Survival of the Fittest in some States mixed up with the Supply Rush in festival events. The festival event hasn’t removed the Flawless Pearls, so please rest assured that this didn’t happen.

🔥 Feedback 3: Why don’t I have enough Stamina available? Recommendation received.

🗣️ Development Progress: We are aware of how important Stamina is to our Chiefs. If you require more Stamina, you can obtain it from our standard Bundles.

Currently, we still don’t have a plan to add Stamina as a Rewards in our regular events.

🔥 Feedback 4: There aren’t enough level 7 to level 9 Crystal Mines! Recommendation received.

🗣️ Development Progress: Our current State Event is drawing to a close, and there won’t be any further changes to the distribution of Crystal Mines. However, in the new State Event season - Icy Isolation, we will be releasing a new mining feature and optimizing the distribution of mines!

🔥 Feedback 5: The new Shortcuts button is blocking the screen. Recommendation received.

🗣️ Development Progress: We are currently checking the position of our buttons in great detail and will be carrying out relevant optimizations to the position of buttons based on your continued feedback.

🔥 Feedback 6: There aren’t enough Dice Rewards in the Future Tycoon event. Recommendation received.

🗣️ Development Progress: In order to respond to our Chiefs, we have already added Dice Rewards to some events this week. We will continue to pay close attention to your feedback and further optimize and balance the Rewards.

Thank you, as always, to each one of our Chiefs for your passion and invaluable feedback. We will continue to spare no efforts in ensuring that each update delivers an optimal gaming experience. In the next update, we will look forward to chatting with you again. Keep in touch!

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 16
🖊️ Issue 16: Top Feedback 🖊️

Chiefs, I’m so excited to be presenting the latest issue of my Roadmap to you today. I’m feeling quite invigorated by the gentle spring breeze playing upon my skin as I watch the flowers bloom and nature burst with new life at this special time of the year.

🔥 Our Plan for Event Rewards Optimizations

📝 Recommendation received.

🗣️ Development Progress: Partially complete and the remaining work is currently in development.

👑 King of the Hill Store: Following the update this week, you’ll find that we’ve added Behemoth upgrade materials to our seasonal King of the Hill Store in Gen 3 States and above.

In these States, we’ve also added Behemoth tasks, rallies, and Behemoth Trials so that you can easily obtain the upgrade materials that you require.

🔥 Other Event Rewards Optimizations:

🛡️Capital Clash: We’ve added Plasma Cores to the Rewards and in the future we’ll also be adding Polymerized Plasma to the Rewards mix in relevant States.

🧟‍♂️ Influencer Trap: We’re currently devising a plan to optimize the Rank Rewards in the next update so that they include items required for the current season.

🧟‍♀️ Infected Horde: We’re currently considering adding more valuable items to the Rewards in this event to deliver a better combat experience to our Chiefs.

⚔️ Alliance Showdown: Planning is currently underway to add high-level Recruitment Tablets to reward Chiefs for their outstanding performance in this event.

💧Reservoir Raid: We’ve increased both the number and chance of getting Reservoir Coins so that our Chiefs are better rewarded for their efforts in this event.

We are not currently planning on changing the Rewards/items in the Reservoir Raid Store, State Warfare Store, Infected Horde, Plague Zone, and Hunting the Hunter. Chiefs may visit these stores and participate in these events according to your needs.

🔥 Adding an Automatic Recycle Feature to Tasks in Alliance Throwdown

📝 Recommendation received.

🗣️ Development Progress: Currently in progress and we expect to add this feature in either the next update or the one after that.

We recently received feedback from our Chiefs asking if a recycle feature for consumption tasks similar to that seen in Survival of the Fittest could be added to the Alliance Throwdown in order to help players complete stage tasks when they are unable to consume certain items. This feature is currently under development and will be added in the near future.

🔥 Joke for Today That’s all for today, but let me finish up with a quick joke to put a smile on your face.

😂 Why can’t Infected in the Wilderness solve math problems? Because they’re so decomposed that they can’t keep dividing! (Get it?... hahaha)

Thanks to all of our Chiefs for your ongoing passionate input and invaluable suggestions. We will spare no efforts in providing you with an optimal gaming experience. We look forward to seeing you again in the next update!

—— Becca, your friend fighting out on the frontline.

🔥 Feedback 1: Chiefs have requested that the Aircraft: Gen 3 - FA-1 Specter be made available for free.

📝 Recommendation received.

🗣️Development Progress: Completed. We have already added access for the upgrade materials to acquire the FA-1 Specter in the update which will go ahead on Wednesday this week for version 1.20.10.

Gen 8 and above States defeating level 4 and above Infected Fiends will now be granted extra Rewards, including upgrade materials for the FA-1 Specter.

🔥 Feedback 2: Chiefs would like to see the Path of Water Rewards optimized.

📝 Recommendation received.

🗣️ Development Progress: In development, nearing completion. We are most pleased to inform our Chiefs that this change is quite simple to implement. In the near future, we will be carrying out optimizations for the Rewards in the Path of Water and adding Stickers which you can select from.

🔥 Feedback 3: Chiefs feel that there aren’t enough level 7 Mines.

📝 Recommendation received.

🗣️ Development Progress: In development; will be optimized in the next season. As players became more powerful, the number of higher level Mines was reduced during the last season, which explains the higher occupancy rate of higher level Mines that was clearly noticed. In order to balance this change, we will be launching a new mining event in the next season in which there will be a corresponding adjustment seen in the distribution of higher level Mines.

🔥 Feedback 4: Chiefs have informed us of the schedule conflict between the Alliance Duel and Doomsday Open events.

📝 Recommendation received.

🗣️ Development Progress: In development. We have previously received the feedback about the conflict in the schedule of these two events. In order to resolve this issue, we are considering adding a schedule display feature to make sure the League is prioritized. For example, if you select a time for the Doomsday Open, you will then be unable to select the same time for the Alliance Duel.

🔥 Feedback 5: Chiefs would like to know how States with different Hero generations can acquire Heroes of previous generations.

📝 Recommendation received.

🗣️ Development Progress: In development. In regards to the issue of States with different Hero generations obtaining previous generations of Heroes, we have already added Hero Search items and Bundles in relevant States. We will continue to add more ways of acquiring Heroes of previous generations so that our Chiefs have more opportunities to acquire your favorite Heroes.

Thanks to all of our Chiefs for your ongoing passionate input and invaluable suggestions. We will spare no efforts in providing you with an optimal gaming experience. We look forward to seeing you again in the next update!

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 14
🖊️ Issue 14: The Scoop on Your Feedback 🖊️

Long time no see, Chief. Developer Becca brings you today the long-awaited latest feedback from the development team.

Direct, simple, and fun, these are the principles of our feedback. Just like the joy of fixing a game bug.

🔥First issue: About the matters of Doomsday Open

❓Do you want to participate in both Doomsday Open and the regular Reservoir Raid?

  • Due to technical reasons, during this competition period, we are unable to modify the participation mechanism. But we will take note of it.

❓Does the Doomsday Open matchmaking feel unfair?

  • During the group stage, there might be a certain disparity in strength between the matched teams. There could be two reasons:
  • The first reason might be that in Group A of the group stage, the battling sides are matched randomly, leading to pairs that are not necessarily evenly matched.
  • The second reason is that there are fewer teams in the later battle zones, and at the same time, fewer teams are available for matching. A shallower matching pool leads to teams with differing strengths being matched together.

🔥Second issue: Is it possible to obtain skins exchanged in the previous world event store again?

❓We will conduct surveys on the willingness to re-release world event skins, see which skins are the most popular, and then bring them back.

  • As for how to exchange for them, we still need to think about it, so please stay tuned.

🔥Third issue: Where did the quick heal button in State Warfare go?

  • We have added the quick heal button back to the prominent position at the bottom of the screen in this week's version for State Warfare.

🔥Fourth issue: How to deal with excess vehicle fragments?

  • We are considering a solution for the excess fragments. Stay tuned!

The planning team is really listening and really making changes. See you next time!

Becca, your loyal friend

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 13
🗺️ Issue 13: The Scoop on Your Feedback 🗺️

Chiefs, It's time for Becca to spill the tea on what's been working in the dev team. Your trusty sidekick, Becca, has devoured all the community feedback from last week.

Thank you for your votes! Let's cut to the chase and dive into the latest issue of Becca's Roadmap.

❗️Hot questions and answers of this issue:❗️

🔥 No.1: Survival Royale. On behalf of the entire team, Becca wants to apologize to all of you! Thanks for the heads up. We will secretly add more post-match Rewards to the 40-player map in the next Survival Royale.
🗣️ Talking about in-game items, we've sprinkled in more buildings in the 40-player map. More buildings mean more loot - problem solved! Let the games begin!

📝Becca's inside scoop: This map's still in the testing process and not quite ready to wow players worldwide. We'll be jazzing up the Survival Royale based on test results and the feedback from the community.

🔥 No.2: Battle Report Replay. Here's something new.
🗣️ We're jazzing up battle reports to be as clear as day, like math charts. You'll glance and grasp each team's move in a blink.

This feature's still being tested in the Lab, not quite ready for the grand stage.

We're looking forward to getting feedback from the community on those battle charts.

As for giving the replay a makeover, no plans on that front, apologies!

🔥 No.3: Effortless Progress.
🗣️ We decided to start it after listening to your ideas in early January. If you would like to see this event come back, just shout out to us in the community!

🔥 No.4: Statues and decorations placement and pick-up?
🗣️ We currently have no plans to make a "quick placement and pick-up" feature. But we're thinking of expanding your place, giving your cities some more room.

🔥 No.5: Store updates and VIP levels - you are absolutely right
🗣️ After three years, it's high time VIP levels and the Store got a glow-up.

We heard you, and we're working on it right now. But it takes some time.

Please stay tuned for the official news!

Last but not least, Becca's laying it on the line: I'm really listening to the community! Trust the Becca vibes. I'm always on your side!

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 12
🗺️ Issue 12: Hot Topics 🗺️

Chiefs, A new year brings new challenges as well as a new issue of Becca's Roadmap. It is Becca with the most recent game developments.

Welcome to this first issue of 2024! We will continue to listen to the Community and remain open to addressing and resolving the most pressing issues.

Now, let's get into the content of this issue and address the top five hottest pieces of feedback from last week:

🔥 Excessive icons in the lower right corner of the screen
We will reduce the number of icons on the screen in the upcoming 12.80 version. After the optimization, only the two most important weekly event icons such as "State Warfare," "King of the Hill," or "Reservoir Raid" will be displayed in the lower right corner of the screen.

Other events such as "Crystal Mine" and "Azurtane Heist" will be accessible via the "More" menu. This modification is intended to give a cleaner, more intuitive game interface.

🔥 No response from in-game feedback
We understand your expectations for feedback responses and we sincerely apologize for any delays. Our customer support team requires time to evaluate and check your questions.

For systemic issues, we usually compensate all affected players via in-game mail.

If you have any special circumstances, it is recommended that you select the correct type when filing the issue to ensure prompt and suitable response.

🔥 More use of the PTR
We're always using the PTR to test new features, including recent additions like the "Reservoir Raid," withdrawal from "King of the Hill" registration, and the "Tactical Emotes."

Moving forward, more content will be added to the PTR, allowing Community members to experience and provide feedback ahead of time, helping us to make more effective modifications and optimizations.

🔥 Lag issue
We are actively working to resolve the lag issue in "Azurtane Heist." We expect a significant improvement during the coming month to ensure that everyone has a smoother gaming experience.

🔥 State Transfer and Merger Questions
State Transfer and State Merger are normally scheduled at the conclusion of each season, or every three months.

In the upcoming State Transfer, we intend to improve the Leading Server's algorithm to give a more equitable and reasonable experience.

We are also in the process of planning for a State Merger.

Specific details and changes will be shared in forthcoming Announcements.

Becca gives New Year's greetings to all Chiefs, wishing you a year filled with wins in battle and life, as well as sunlight and joy. As always, we will remain by your side throughout the 2024 adventure, fighting each hurdle together. Please stay tuned for the next issue of Becca's Roadmap!

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 11
🖊️ Issue 11: New Year UI Optimizations 🖊️

Chiefs on the frontline, Happy holidays. This is Becca here bringing you all the latest news and progress from State of Survival development team.

Our goal is not only to defeat the Infected but also to make your day full of smiles and surprises in this post-apocalyptic world. Now, let's dive into the hot topics for this issue together.

Regarding the overly powerful guards of the Crystal Mines, we have deployed a team to investigate the situation. 🔬

Based on the latest results of our investigations, we discovered that the recommended Power levels for attacking certain guards do not at all accurately reflect the actual difficulty.

We are currently adjusting the recommended Power level information to ensure that it is accurately aligned with the progress of each State's season.

Unfortunately, lowering the difficulty of the guards is not currently on our To-Do List. However, we have plans to introduce Alliance Crystal Mines in future seasons, where players can team up to fight against bosses and have much more fun by socializing and collaborating with each other.

So, for Chiefs who are still struggling with Crystal Mines, we want to say: “We are working on it”.

Now, we’re going to talk about those pop-ups that are constantly jumping out all over the place.

We have heard your complaints and frustrations loud and clear. As a result, we have made the following decisions:

🔵 Removed the distracting pop-ups for returning Troops.

🔵 Removed the pop-ups for the rally messages when Chiefs log in.

🔵 Reduced the frequency of other pop-up messages, ensuring that your gaming experience gets a boost, just as if your Internet speed was increased.

⚔️ As for Alliance Duel, which has evoked mixed feelings, we are making some adjustments in the hope that we can garner more support for this event:

👉 We will adjust the layout of the score panel to ensure that it does not overlap with the score panel of State Warfare.

👉 We will increase the number of substitute slots to reduce the awkwardness of empty slots, making each duel more exciting and engaging.

Finally, I’d like to wish all of you a happy New Year and hope that each time you engage in battle you’ll be satisfied with your equipment and reap victory, just like the feeling of snagging a super deal during a sale.

See you in 2024, where we will bring you more updates and surprises. Let's enjoy our time together in the world of the State of Survival and embark on many new journeys!

Yours sincerely, Becca Yours State of Survival Team

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 10
🗺️ Issue 10: State of Mines 🗺️

Hey there, Chiefs! Winter’s here, which usually means it’s cold and snowy, so I’d like to give you the warmest greeting possible. Welcome to Issue 10 of Becca’s Roadmap. Let’s dive straight into the changes and improvements we’ve made to the game!

1️⃣ First of all, I’d like to bring you some good news about the Crystal Mines in the State Event.

In the updated version, we performed an overhaul of Crystal Mine Rewards. Now, when you gather, you have a chance to get rare Tempest Arms materials based on the duration and level of the mine. This includes Tempest Essence Fragments, Tempest Arm molds, Nanomaterials, etc. You can view the details on the Mine description page.

We heard you that taking on Mine Guardians has been a tough challenge. For this update, we greatly lowered the damage that Mine Guardians deal to attacking squads. This should free up more hospital beds and lighten your load. We promise to keep listening and make changes based on your feedback.

2️⃣ Next, let’s move on to the issue about using Legendary Hero Fragments.

We received many requests from you to convert Legendary Hero Fragments into Capsules, but unfortunately, we don’t currently have a plan to develop this feature.

However, we understand the urgency behind yours requests and are actively seeking a solution to this. Believe us, we’re always trying to perfect the game and not overlook any details.

What we finally came up with is a mixed bag of good news and bad news.

The bad new is about Mining Mayhem, for which we’re most grateful for the constant feedback you’ve been giving us. We keep trying to improve it, but the game is just not where we want it to be.

So to stop this from affecting your gaming experience, we’ve decided to remove Mining Mayhem for the time being. But rest assured, we will revamp and polish it as much as we can in a testing environment.

There’s no return date yet, but worry not, we’ll strive to overhaul and revamp this classic feature.

The Mining Mayhem event starting on December 25 will be the last one for a while. We hope you can enjoy this last hurrah, and we look forward to presenting you with a better, more exciting version in the future.

Thank you all for your company and support. We’ll keep working to improve State of Survival and fill every corner of this apocalyptic world with challenges and surprises.

See you next time. We wish all of you a Merry Christmas and may your hearts stay warm in the winter!

Sincerely, Becca Your State of Survival Team

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 9
🗺️ Issue 9: Hot Topics 🗺️

It’s great to have you back again with us for issue 9 of Becca’s Roadmap. I’m right here fighting alongside you no matter how tough the battles become in this post-apocalyptic world. Today I’m going to be divulging some secrets about State of Survival you’ve always been curious about.

Recently we received a lot of great feedback and suggestions from our Chiefs about the game. Your invaluable suggestions are just like those bright signal flares of the survivors, guiding our way through the dark. Today, I’ll be responding to the most popular topics raised by our Chiefs one by one.

Firstly, we received much attention and feedback from our Chiefs on the latest optimizations to Ray’s Place.

When adjusting the Rewards in Ray’s Place, what the devs and I were intending was to enable our Chiefs to have more ways of obtaining Heroes from previous Generations. At the same time we adjusted the Ray’s Place Rewards, we also optimized previous Generations of Heroes and enhanced them to provide our Chiefs with more opportunities to acquire previous Generations of Heroes.

After implementing the changes, we received a lot of feedback.

We understand that our Chiefs are keen to acquire Gen 16 Heroes, and we also hope that each of you will be able to develop your favorite Heroes.

To make this happen, we’ve performed a series of adjustments to the Rewards in Ray’s Place.

As a token of our thanks for your valuable suggestions, starting from next week, we’re adding Hero Completion Custom Tokens for those Chiefs who are upgrading to Gen 16 Heroes.

Let’s now move on to a hot topic in our Community: cross-Gen season optimizations.

We’re aware that transfers from Gen 12 States into Gen 16 States has caused some concern among our Chiefs.

The view that our devs have on this is that the original intent behind enabling cross-Gen transfers was to increase the matching pool for State Transfer events so that more States and Alliances could get matched more evenly with adversaries in order to optimize your gaming experience.

Your concerns about Hero development, matching, preserving seasons, and more, are exactly what we are focusing on now and will be key to our work in the future. In order to continuously optimize your gaming experience, we will make ongoing changes and improvements to the game in terms of both functionality and gameplay.

The third hot topic in our Community is the modified version of Alliance Throwdown. After increasing the Rewards in Alliance Throwdown, we also increased the difficulty of the corresponding challenges.

We have already issued compensation Rewards via Mail for the widespread impact that this had.

Please leave a comment and share your thoughts if you have any feedback whatsoever on the modified version of Alliance Throwdown.

I’ve done my best to address all of the questions our Chiefs have raised to help you remain strong in this post-apocalyptic world.

In State of Survival, the trust and openness of our Chiefs are like a powerful weapon that helps us to overcome anything that stands in our way.

I’ll stand right by your side as we bravely take on each challenge. See you again in the next issue. Wishing you the most ingenious battle plans and that every attack will lead to victory!

Your State of Survival Team

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 8
🖊️ Issue 8: Keep Your Account Safe and Beware of Unauthorized Third-Party Payment 🖊️

Chiefs, Welcome to Issue 8 of Becca’s Roadmap! This is Becca and I’m here to explore the world of SoS with you.

Recently, the hot topic in our Community has been State Mergers & Transfers, so I’ll touch on this first.

As we know, many States weren’t included in the latest Mergers and Transfers. This was due to the disparity in seasons between different States. We’re now working to unify progress across all States. After the next season is over (in late January), we’ll increase the scale of Mergers and Transfers. Those who missed out this time will get another chance then!

We are also still considering the option of providing mid-season Transfers next season for those of you who weren’t included in the Mergers and Transfers. This has both advantages and disadvantages, which we’re still trying to balance out, but if you feel very strongly about something you’d like to see happen, be sure to let us know! We can all discuss it in Camp Café.

Now is Story Time with Becca! The theme for this installment is: Betrayal and Absconding, adapted from a true story submitted by a real player which serves as a warning to everyone.

We’ve all seen this situation play out in one way or another: After meeting some “friendly” players in a game, they claim they can make in-game purchases for you at a ridiculously low price, cheaper than any official option. Sounds tempting, doesn’t it? But don’t fall for it, because more likely than not, it’s an elaborate scam.

That’s exactly what happened with “Jack” and “Jill”. They fought together in State of Survival through countless daily events including State Warfare and King of the Hill. Outside the game, they chatted on like old friends and stayed on good terms with each other.

On a normal day just like any other, Jack logged on to play as he usually did, looking to fight a rival Alliance in King of the Hill. But when he accessed the Store to prepare for the battle, he realized his Diamonds were severely depleted and in the red. Jack contacted Customer Service only to be told, “Your account has had numerous refund requests recently, resulting in the corresponding items being docked from your account.”

That totally freaked Jack out. Jill had been making purchases for him using his account, but he didn’t know how Jill was doing it, and whether it was some kind of “special connection” or Jill herself who had requested all the refunds. When he tried to ask Jill about it, all he got in return was an error message which read “This player is not your friend” followed by a cold exclamation mark.

Then it suddenly dawned upon Jack that all along this was nothing more than a trap set up by Jill. She took advantage of his trust and made him transfer money to her a number of times through an illegitimate channel, before requesting a refund to get back the money for whatever she had bought for Jack. Of course, all of his friends who fell for Jill’s scheme also got the same notices about refunds and Diamonds being in the red. Jack and his buddies then tried to track Jill down but she was long gone.

Jack and company were left to lament about her running off with their money and betraying their friendship. What was even worse was how despicable it was of her to use the refund system to scam them.

So where does this leave all of us? It’s a reminder to us that we must be aware and prevent yourself from becoming the victim of unauthorized third parties. We’re all friends here, brought together through our love for the game, but that’s no reason to blindly trust someone. You must be cautious when it comes to money and assets, making sure your rights don’t get violated.

Only make purchases through official channels. Discounts using one-on-one account transfers are bogus! And any connections for unauthorized purchases are risky at best!

Alright, that’s a wrap for today’s entry. I wish you happy gaming, but don’t forget to watch out for those scams!

See you next time!

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 7
🗺️ Issue 7 🗺️

How did your Halloween go? I loved all of the amazing pictures and posts that were shared in our Community. Don't forget to invite me to the next party too! I’d hate to miss out on all the fun!

And I can totally understand why you might not have invited me to join in a party recently, with all the fresh content we’ve seen in all the recent updates, which you might be finding a bit overwhelming. Me and the development team take full responsibility and would like to apologize to everyone for this. And in order to make it up to you, we will be handing out more giveaways for everyone to enjoy.

Now, let's dive straight into the content for Issue 7.

🔸First, we would like to remind everybody that the States involved in the State Merger and State Transfer are States 1-1014. The Merger will take place in November, followed by the State Transfer.

At the same time, State Transfer events will be launched in States 1015-1080, 1087-1098, 1129-1140, and 1183-1188.

After the upcoming season ends, we'll be making the State Merger and Transfer available in more States.

🔸Next, I would like to address some issues regarding the Resident Evil crossover that have been of great concern to everyone recently:

👉First of all, regarding the issue whereby Chris's Story Missions require the Hero Precinct to reach level 28 before they get unlocked, we will lower the level required for these missions in version 1.20.30. That way, more new players will be able to claim these event Rewards!

👉Secondly, regarding the feedback on the unclear Event Calendar and how to obtain Chris's Fragments, we appreciate your concerns. Please rest assured, we are actively working on making relevant improvements. In our upcoming plans, we will introduce a clear calendar and provide clear guidance on how to obtain Chris's Fragments for free.

☕️ Speaking of the island, have you ever felt like it's a bit cramped?

I knew this would eventually happen, and now that I’ve had the chance to listen to all of your ideas, we have set a clear goal for the future: to expand the island. We can't let all those beautiful sculptures of yours sit there gathering dust in your Collections forever.

We have received your feedback about how inconvenient it is to upgrade sculptures on the island in Collections since there are too many steps involved going in and out of Collections. We will optimize this in the future so that you can upgrade sculptures directly in Collections

👉Last but not least, we're aware of your concerns about random acquisition of Tempest Arms, and we are proud to present a solution to you: the Tempest Arms Exchange! Soon, you'll be able to trade Tempest Arms with other Chiefs. Something you might not find valuable could be a precious gem for someone else. Stay tuned for the launch of this cool new feature!

I want to express my gratitude to all of you for your incredible passion and continuous support for State of Survival. I look forward to every one of your comments. Let’s make your experience playing State of Survival the best it possibly can be.

Thanks once again, everyone! I’ll see you in the next issue! Enjoy, Your State of Survival Team!

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 7
🗺️ Issue 6 🗺️

Hey there, Chiefs! It’s great to have you back for Issue 6 of Becca's Roadmap. I'm Becca, and I’m here to share with you all the latest updates and improvements we’ve been making to the game.

First of all, regarding the recent lagging and issues with Gift Code settings in certain regions, I would like to express our most sincere apologies to all the affected Chiefs. We are deeply aware of the inconvenience and trouble these problems have caused to you all.

In order to make up for our mistakes, we will be giving out more giveaways for everyone to enjoy, via the Community, as a token of our apologies. We will do our utmost to prevent similar issues from occurring again. We hope you are all looking forward to the upcoming Halloween and Thanksgiving Community events and fantastic giveaways on offer!

Next, I would like to address an issue that has been of great concern to everyone recently:

1️⃣Chiefs in some States are currently unable to obtain Capsules for Gen 7 Heroes.
We are fully aware that this directly affects everyone’s ability to enjoy the benefits of the Sharp Squad Bonus and Global Bonus. Currently, the solution we are exploring is to introduce an option that allows Chiefs to spend Golden Fragments to upgrade Gen 7 Heroes. However, this solution is still under discussion, and we need more input and suggestions from our Chiefs. So please share your thoughts in our Community, and we will carefully consider them.

And now, I have some exciting news to share with everyone: the State Merger and State Transfer period are just around the corner! 🎉

As the Alliance Duel and Escort Mission come to an end, the long-awaited State Merger and State Transfer period are on the horizon.

And I’ve brought you exclusive info directly from the dev team:

👉The State Merger is expected to take place in mid-November. Please stay tuned for the specific date in the upcoming Community announcements.

👉The State Merger will be launched in States 2-1014.

👉After the State Merger, a new Leader will be elected.

Becca whispers: If there are specific States you really don't want to merge with, feel free to drop me a private message or leave a comment and I’ll sort it out for you.

👉This time our State Transfer involves a wide range of different States, for which we will inform everyone about the specific details later on.

👉 Important changes to the State Transfer: The previous Power-based system for the State Transfer will be replaced with a points-based system. Each Chief's Transfer Points will be calculated based on a combination of factors, including their Troop Power, Tech, and other stats. The transfer Power limit will be replaced with a Transfer Points limit.

Last but certainly not least, I want to express my gratitude to all of you for your incredible passion and continuous support for State of Survival. I look forward to every one of your comments. Let’s make your experience playing State of Survival the best it possibly can be.

Thank you once again, everyone! I’ll see you in the next issue!

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 5
🖊️ Issue 5: Top Feedback 🖊️

Chiefs! Welcome to issue 5 of Becca’s Roadmap. I’m so glad to be sharing our latest work update with you. Naturally, the developers and I must thank all of you for the invaluable suggestions you shared with us. Your feedback inspires us to constantly improve the game.

First up is the Alliance Duel - We received all of your comments!
♦️I understand that the issue of Troop losses is something that has certainly been on everyone’s mind. We’ve now applied a change so that all of your Troops will be returned, which we hope will mitigate your losses in battle.
♦️We also noticed the problem in finishing the State Event in Alliance Duel. Many Chiefs commented that their opposing Alliances had not built any Alliance Buildings, thus they could not complete the “Destroy enemy Alliance Building” objective. To fix this issue, we’ve decided to openly display whether an Alliance has constructed any Alliance Buildings beforehand for you so that you can make an informed choice about your opponent.

🎁Meanwhile, we received feedback from Chiefs of different generations on the Store Rewards for the Path of Water: The Summit casual gameplay. We’ll keep paying careful attention to your comments to update the Rewards items to satisfy your demands. We hope the Rewards in subsequent events will better suit your needs based on your generation.

We also received a lot of feedback on matchmaking in the Reservoir Raid. We’ve improved the system in the hope of providing a fairer, more even playing field. We welcome any comments you many have in the next Reservoir Raid, which we are sure will help us to improve your gaming experience.

Lastly, I want to thank all of you for your feedback on the Anniversary. We strive to create a festive mood and are ecstatic to see all the positive responses from you. If you have any suggestions for the next anniversary, feel free to raise feedback in #feedback-reporting or leave messages for me on the broadcast center post. I’m all ears.

Once again, thank you for your passion and support for State of Survival. I look forward to every one of your comments. Let’s make your experience the best it possibly can be.

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 5
🖊️ Issue 4🖊️

Happy anniversary, and welcome to the fourth issue of Becca’s Roadmap!

Chiefs, We’re absolutely wrapped with the suggestions you provided us with for the new season. The other developers and I sat down together and read through them carefully. There were some great ideas and we swiftly made the adjustments to the new season based on your feedback.

This focus for this issue: Improving the Alliance Duel. Our development team received a ton of comments and feedback during the week following the Alliance Duel.

In the feedback we compiled from last week, many Chiefs expressed dissatisfaction toward the Alliance Duel. The issues that came up were mainly centered around the following:

👉Severe losses on both sides during Alliance Duel battles.
👉Various issues caused by voluntarily demolishing Alliance Buildings.
👉Less benefits came from destroying buildings compared with directly targeting the enemy base.
👉Huge disparity in power between attacking and defending Alliances.
👉Alliance Duel Tasks were difficult to complete.

We have made the following adjustments in response to the feedback provided above:

🔸Troop Death Optimizations:
We have adopted a mechanic for recovering Troops similar to the one seen in State Warfare. From now on, we will recover 90% of your Troops lost within an hour via mail after every Alliance Duel. This does not include Troops in the Hospital or Enlistment Office.

Thank you for your valuable suggestions! We will always be listening to your feedback to continuously improve the season’s battle mechanics.

🔸Settlement Attack Optimizations:

  • Attacking Settlements no longer provides Points or Merits.
  • During Settlement battles, we have reduced the wounded rate for defending Troops so that the attacker no longer loses Troops.

Although every Chief has their own combat preference, Becca recommends that you reduce your attacks on Settlements or use a Peace Flare to prevent unnecessary losses.

🔸Alliance Building Optimizations: When a battle starts, the Alliance’s Control Center and Tower can no longer be demolished voluntarily.

🔸War Declaration Restrictions: Adjusted the maximum Leaderboard rankings from 5 to 3.

🔸Alliance Duel Task Adjustments: State Event Alliance Duel Tasks have now been reduced to 1. Task Rewards have been increased accordingly.

Many Chiefs have also mentioned that Dreadbeasts are not included in MIGO’s Infected Fiends tasks. We will incorporate this change in a future version.

We also received many requests to reset the Alliance Duel Week 1 Leaderboard. Our development team is currently discussing this and considering the scope of its impact. If you have any comments or suggestions on the matter, feel free to leave us a comment. Becca will get back to you soon.

Your companion, Becca

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 3
🗺️ Issue 3 🗺️

Chiefs, This is Becca from the State of Survival team, reaching out to you with a cup of cappucino (you chose for me) in one hand and a progress report in the other.

First, I want to personally apologize for the recent bugs that have cropped up following our latest update. We understand the frustration this has caused and I want to assure you that we've been working tirelessly to rectify these issues.

Our team has been burning the midnight oil, working around the clock to identify and resolve these bugs. We've made significant strides in rectifying issues such as BP and Stats loss, errors related to heroes' talents, skills and fragments cost.

With each passing hour, we're getting closer to completely stamping out these bugs.

We won't rest until we've achieved a smooth gaming experience for all our players!

In response to the questions asked during our last Ask Becca session, I have some updates:

1️⃣We've decided to slow down a bit. We'll be focusing on celebrating the Anniversary and hosting The Path of Water tournament first. As a result, the seasonal resource feature will be put on hold for now.

2️⃣ The new season will bring you strategic gameplay like never before. Check out developer updates on YouTube where you can find everything you need to know about Alliance Duel.

  • As for agreeing on war: higher bets get to choose first. Be proactive as much as possible during the choosing stage to avoid a bye.
  • Remember to use a Peace Flare if you don't want to participate. The Battle only lasts 1 hour per week.

3️⃣ I also heard many of you want the Limitless Gen 1 in the Hero Search. I would love to hear more about why this is and how we can optimize it.

4️⃣ We apologize for the confusion when introducing the part of Revitalize the Markets (resource recycle). Our intention was to let you know that during this season, you can exchange old items in your bag for new rewards. The picture of tomatoes and wood was misleading and we're sorry for any confusion caused.

I also want to address some additional feedback we've received:

1️⃣ Missing Certificates of Honor in the MIGO Store: We hear you. Chiefs will be able to exchange Certificates of Honor during the second phase of the season.

2️⃣ Stamina Shortage: We understand that stamina is crucial for competing in all events. To address this, we have reduced the stamina costs on Troop Drill from 20 to 5! Cheers.

Your voices matter to us and are instrumental in helping us improve the State of Survival experience.

Thank you for your ongoing support.

Becca’s Roadmap Issue 2
🖊️ Issue 2 🖊️

Hello Chief, this is Becca reaching out again to address concerns arising from our recent State Transfer events.

We know the recent transition has led to unexpected warfare within the Leading States. It has come to our attention that many commanders have been attacked by state friends. We are deeply sorry for this situation.

We have changed the Power Board accordingly. Instead of showing the state's power, it will now display the state's activity level.

Also, future State Transfer events will not be as time-constrained as the current one, allowing for better planning and minimizing harm to innocent parties.

Becca has a word here: Deleted accounts will no longer contribute towards the state's power. However, consider the consequences before taking such actions.

We are also working on fixing the following bugs within the week:

The Leading State is currently unable to set the State Transfer power limit. This will be modified to allow a maximum setting of 5 billion.

States without a Governor are unable to set the State Transfer. The default maximum value will be modified to 5 billion.

We are also addressing other issues related to power-setting limitations.

Thank you and ask me anything! Have fun!

Becca’s Roadmap Special Edition q&a
🖊️ Special Edition Q&A 🖊️

Let's hear Becca's response on this round of State Transfer.

❓What determines a leading state?
We calculate the total BP of active players in each state. We don't calculate inactive players' bp.

❓What does "active" mean?
Active players are those who have logged in within the last 30 days. (Yes, any login activity counts!)

❓Do hospitalized and enlisted troops count for a leading state?
No, only the power displayed next to your avatar is counted.

❓Do I need a ticket if I am invited to join a state?
Yes. Some players mistakenly believe it is free.

❓When is the next migration? Will there be a cooldown for those who migrated recently?
The next round is scheduled for August 14th. Chiefs who recently migrated will not have a cooldown.

Have fun! Your State of Survival Team

Happy Friday, everyone!

I'm Becca from the developer team, and I'm excited to formally introduce myself to all of you. Over the past few days, I've had the pleasure of getting to know many of our players, and now it feels like the right moment to connect with each and every one of you. I've heard your feedback about the importance of communication with developers, and I couldn't agree more. To address this, I've prepared a roadmap outlining the progress and achievements of this week. I hope you enjoy going through it!
