During the event chiefs can obtain carnival balloonsby using speedups and Biocaps, gathering resources in the Wilderness, collecting resources in the settlement, killing infected, and exploration.
Carnival balloons can be used in the Theme Park Carnival event.
Note:
Carnival balloons that are found will be sent directly to backpack
During the event there will be limits to the number of times chiefs are allowed to gather and collect resources, kill infected, and complete explorer missions to collect balloons
