The appearance of your Headquarters on the Wilderness map and inside your Settlement will change once the Skin is activated. You may activate as many HQ Skins as you'd like, to collect the stat benefits from them all. Some HQ Skins can also change the appearance of certain buildings in your settlement such as Hero Precinct and Research Lab.
