The Diamond Store is where Chiefs are able to purchase diamonds. These are later used to purchase bundles to improve your Settlement, Heroes, Chief Gear and Hero Gear as examples. There are different values of diamonds that you are able to purchase as shown below.

What are diamonds and what are they used for?
Diamonds are the in-game currency of State of Survival and can be used instead of cash to purchase all in-game value-added services, except for diamonds themselves.
How can I get diamonds?
1. For your initial diamond purchase, please visit our Official Top-Up Center.
2. Buy diamonds now for a limited-time 5% discount. After a successful purchase, your number of diamonds can be viewed on your game account page. All bundles can be directly purchased with diamonds.
3. After your first purchase, you can also buy diamonds in-game by clicking on the "+" next to the diamond balance bar.
Are the discounts in the Top-up Center permanent?
The current Top-up Center is in a trial period. You can enjoy a 5% discount on your top-up. We will inform you in advance of any subsequent adjustments. Please watch out for our announcements.
How do I get coupons?
We will invite some players to receive coupons during the trial period and issue them to all our players in different forms on an irregular basis.
Currently, you can get coupons the following ways:
1. Log into the PC version of SoS and invite friends to play on PC.

2. Participate in community events.
How do I use coupons?
A coupon is automatically validated when an order is placed. You can also choose not to use a coupon at checkout. Please do not reuse coupons which may cause shipment issues.
Can I use both a coupon and a discount at the same time?
No, you can't. Usually, only one type of discount is allowed per order. Explanations of exceptional circumstances will be provided separately.
Why is the in-game price cheaper than the Top-up center?
Due to different local tax policies, the price of items may vary from region to region. The price you see is based on the amount to be paid at the time of order placement.
Why does the platform version I am using not support diamond top-ups?
Only certain platform versions support top-ups during the trial period. More are expected to support top-ups in the future. Stay tuned.
Why can't some items be purchased?
A: The following items have a weekly purchase limit. 100 Diamonds can be purchased up to 5 times a week. 500 Diamonds can be purchased up to 10 times a week. 1000 Diamonds can be purchased up to 20 times a week. UTC time refreshes every Monday at 0:00.
Why can't I use diamonds to buy Bundles? / Why can't I see the Diamond Store?
This may be due to the following reasons:
1. You have never topped up your diamonds before. You can only pay with diamonds in-game when your diamond balance is greater than 0.
2. The platform version you are using does not support diamond payment at the moment.
Are diamonds usable across multiple game packs?
If you're currently playing SoS using multiple game packs, please consult with customer service before topping up diamonds to confirm whether cross-game-pack support is featured in your case.
Do I receive event points for purchasing diamonds?
Diamond purchases do not count toward any in-game rebates/cumulative top-up progress. However, you will receive points for Bundles paid with diamonds.
Can my other characters use diamonds too?
Diamonds are only issued to the character you have logged in with at the time of purchase. Different characters under the same account are considered independent, and diamonds cannot be transferred between them.
