Event Skins Store

	The Event Skins Store is a new store front with a host of different frames, march skins, and headquarter skins to choose from. This store can be accessed by pressing the store button, either from settlement or wilderness

	And then selecting the event skins tab in the bottom right corner. Items in this store front can be purchased with either Extra-Distilled Biocaps, or with Glory Points, both of which can be earned from events like:
	Mining Mayhem, Reservoir Raid and State Warfare.
