Alliance and State

State Related

Q: How can I change state?
A: There are two options in the game to change your state:
Firstly with a fresh account:

  • It should be less than five days old
  • You must be HQ4 to get the rookie relocator on your mail
  • You need to unlock wilderness
  • You must be below HQ7

or Be inactive for 61+ Days and the game will give you options to move state. For more info about Recall Event, click here.

Q: Where can I get more information regarding Merges?
A: Click here for information on State Merges.

Q: When do new states open??
A: New States open when the previous state is close to being full.

Q: How do I find out how old my state is and when events and new equipment are being released in my state?
A: Our wonderful team has gathered together information on how you can determine your state age and when events will open in your state here - State Ages & Calendar.

Q: When will Level 9 Resource Tiles be unlocked in each State?
A: Level 9 tiles are released with Plasma 1-3 (70th day).

Q: What happens when a player is force evicted by the governor?
A: When a player undergoes forced eviction, their settlement is removed from that location.
If they are in an Alliance, their bp would still count towards SVS matching, they will still appear on the Alliance list and their alliance members will be able to see their “invisible” location. Their settlement cannot be reached for events such as horde or reinforcement until the evicted player logs back in which will trigger their settlement to respawn.

Alliance - Leadership, Resources & Buildings
Alliance - Leadership, Resources & Buildings

Q: How can the R5 position be transferred to another player?
A: The current R5 can choose to promote another player to the r5 position. Leadership can be transferred to any member in your alliance (be aware: you won't be able to take it back yourself! The new leader needs to transfer it back!).
To transfer leadership (R5) to a member follow those steps:

  • Open the Member list
  • Choose the member and click their profile
  • Use the button "Transfer Leadership"

A Security message will ask you, if you are sure to transfer leadership to this member. That's your last chance to cancel and re-check or make up your mind. Once pressed "confirm" the leadership will be transferred.

In the case of an inactive r5 who has not logged in the last 7 days, the option will automatically appear in “Alliance" -> "Manage" -> "Replace Leader". It will cost 200 biocaps and there will be no prior notification that anyone in the alliance has to option to obtain this.

Q: What are the gems at every member on members list and how to obtain gems?
A: The gems are a daily activity tracker for single member in within an alliance. Every reset the gems will be reset too. The player will have to obtain gems during the day to reach the "full-activity" level.

There are 3 different ways to obtain gem-points during the day:

  • Daily tasks
  • Donations to alliance tech
  • Timer help to alliance member

Gems are divided in three different categories:

  • Grey gem: 0 to 24 points (player been barely active or inactive during the day)
  • Red gem: 25 to 49 points (player did a minimum on dailies)
  • Full green gem: 50 to 74 points (player been mid-active, fulfilled some daily tasks and/or donated to tech and/or gave timer help)
  • Green gem with golden framwork: 75 to 100 points (player fulfilled most of daily tasks, donated to tech and/or gave timer help)

Q: In Alliance Research, what is priority for and how is it activated?
A: R4/R5 are the ones who select the priority in Alliance Research and that controls the bonus when members contribute to that category

Q: Which States have Analysis Centers?
A: State 242 and newer

Q: Do Analysis Centers benefits stack?
A: Yes, if different levels. However analysis centers of same type and level do not stack.

Q: Can my troops die in an Analysis Centers fight?
A: Yes. Level 4 Analysis centers can cause up to 10% dead. Other analysis centers can cause dead troops if a players hospital is full.

Q: Will Analysis Center benefits take effect on SvS during warfare stage?
A: They do not since it belongs to territory buff.

Q: Does Analysis Center buff work in Reservoir Raid (RR)?
A: No. The buff from Analysis Center is a territory buff. Since RR is located outside of normal state territory you will not receive any benefits until returning from RR.

Alliance Hall

Q: What are the events that can be opened in the Alliance Hall?
A: Loot Rush (10 min duration), Groove Gala (10min duration) and Fortune Shower (5 min duration) can be opened manually or set for auto. Each can only be opened once a week.

Q: What are the rewards for these events that can be opened in the Alliance Hall?
A: (Appears to be the same for new and old states) Loot Rush and Groove Gala: Completion Potion, Carbon Fiber Panel, Plasma Core and Hero Mask

Q: Which is currently the best Alliance Hall event?
A: Since the alliance may only open 1 event for the week the best event is Groove Gala for the following reasons.
1. There is no need to rush around the room, searching and competing with your teammates to reach and open a chest first like in Loot Rush.
2.There is no limit to your prizes like in Loot Rush which has a limit for total chests opened.
3. The main task is simple, activate the interactions such as dancing and let it keep going till the event is over while rewards can be auto collected.
4. The rewards such as Plasma Core are one of the most relevant compared to the other rewards and is better than Fortune Shower.

Once a player has been registered and registration is over, the player is locked into the Alliance until the reset after all RR has been played that weekend.

Q: When can the Reservoir Raid Talent System be initiated?

A: A player is only allowed to join one Alliance’s Throwdown each event. If he does not return, he forfeits points and rewards but the original Alliance benefits from the points he scored for the Alliance Total. If the player returns to the Alliance before the end of Throwdown, they may continue their progress and obtained rewards as normal.

Q: Why am I unable to claim points with the Alliance Throwdown event
A: This is usually due to Players switching alliances after throwdown has started and have clicked on anything in the event. The tasks they can't claim are the ones from the throwdown tier in the alliance they were in before (lower tier, have lower points required to reach targets).

Mining Mayhem
Mining Mayhem

Q: How often will Mining Mayhem occur?
A: Mining Mayhem happens once every 4 weeks.

Q: What if I have enlistment or wounded troops? Can I join MM? Will my troops die in MM?

A: Yes. You can join MM even if you have wounded troops or troops in enlistment. Troops in MM do no affect your real troop count. You can attack settlements in MM without losing your real troop count. When your alliance first enters MM on Day 1 your true troop count is recorded and that will be your total troop count through the entire event and that is all the troops you have at your disposal. Imagine it like RR every single day and your initial troops on Day 1 is the total amount of troops you will have for the entire event and any wounded you gained along the way will reduce your total MM troop count.

Example:Lets say I have 5 million troops on the Day before I first enter MM. The next day on Day 1 I kill off 1 million of my troops, I will only have 4 million when I enter into day 2 and if I kill another 1 million on day 2 I will have 3 million left on day 3, and so on.

Note: YOU WONT HAVE PERMANENT LOSSES IN MM BUT LOSING TOO MANY TROOPS IN MM WILL LOWER YOUR CHANCE AT WINNING THE FINALS

The bp of the resonate hero matches whomever they are paired with, provided you have unlocked the resonate hero skill level to level 4 and above to retain 100% stats of the generational hero they are paired with.
You are able to resonate and de-resonate these heroes easily and there is no cool-down nor does it cost anything.
