❗️How you claim your gift codes will depend on which device you are using:
🔹iOS Users can redeem via the Official SOS websites Gift Redemption Center.
🔸Android and PC users can redeem In-Game as well as via The Official SOS websites Gift Redemption Center.
In-Game[]
- Click on your pfp on the top left of your screen.
- Then click on the settings icon.
- Click the Gift Redemption icon
- Insert your gift code here and click redeem.
Viola! You’ve redeemed your gift code and can locate it in your in-game mail!

- Enter your character ID and click log in
- To find your character ID, click on your pfp on the top left of your in-game screen.
- Now you will see your In-Game Name, ID, State and PFP. Enter your gift code in and click redeem.
Congratulations! You have redeemed your gift code and can claim it via your In-Game Mail!
