Hero Skill Books are used to Upgrade the Skills of Heroes. They are not needed anymore starting with the 4th Generation of Legendary Heroes (Zach, Jarrett , Ernie or Julie Garcia, Tyler Kurtz, Brooke) since their Skills will be upgraded automatically with the Hero Rank being upgraded.
Note: There is no Skill Book for resonating heroes since they only need to resonate with other normal heroes.
