How To : Contact in-game support
1) To start, you must go to your in-game avatar. This is located in the top left corner of your screen.
Clicking this will take you to your Chief Profile.
2) Along the bottom of your screen you will see an options bar appear, you will want to select the option that says "settings".
This will take you to your Settings page.
3) Once you are on your Settings page, you will need to click the "Help & Support" option.
This will take you to your Help page.
4) On your Help page you can select the "Help & Support" option again. This will take you to the FAQ Self Service Page.
Step 5) On the FAQ page, you can either type your question in the bar along the bottom or select from one of the preset options on the screen.
Note : before you are put through to Customer Support, you will need to fill out a detailed form similar to the one below. Make sure to upload sceenshots when applicable.
Alternatively you can also contact In Game Support via your Broadcasting Office (as depicted below).
And the Help & Support character who wanders around your settlement (as depicted below)
Please Note : The Help & Support character can sometimes get stuck behind buildings and/or decorations within your settlement so you may not always see him walking around.
