Material Shortage Event

Research and dispatch Crystal Energy troops to eliminate the prowling Infected and keep everyone safe!

The Event

Material Shortage is a one week long event in which Chiefs get 5 daily attempts to eliminate Infected around them in order to gain rewards that can be used towards the research and development of Crystal Energy troops.

Things to note:

The Infected cleared as part of your daily intel does NOT count towards your five attempts.

Chiefs can attack any level of Infected from 1 - 30 and it will count towards the event.

Daily limit to receive rewards is 5 attacks. You can continue to attack the Infected after this but will not receive additional rewards.

Your 5 attempts will renew daily at reset and cannot be carried over into the next day.

The Rewards

For each successful attack in which a Chief eliminates an Infected they will receive one of each of the following:

Crystal Splinter	Hardened splinters from meteorite crystals. The key material for upgrading Crystal Energy Troops.
1h Research Speedup	1 hour Research Speedup. Can be used to reduce a Research timer by 1 hour.
