Use Gear Passes 
to spin the wheel for random prizes. You can adjust the number of pointers to increase your chances. Once a type of prize is exhausted, the odds shift to the remaining ones. Land all the limited items to claim every remaining prize on the wheel.
Want to spin the wheel some more, Gear Passes are available through the Pacific Rim 2024 - Fuel Station, Grand Prize, and various Gear Pass bundles.
Note: At the end of the event, each unused Gear Pass will be converted into 20 Skin Tickets.
