Plasma Cores are one of the most valuable resources in State of Survival. These cores are used to upgrade Headquarters, Hero Precinct, Barracks, Garage, Range, Hospital, and Training Camps to Plasma level past level 30. They are also used in researching Plasma Technology and upgrading Institute of Plasma to obtain better stats and unlocking Tier XI troops. States unlock Plasma Cores upon completion of Reformation state intel.
