How to upgrade?[]
Treasure Capsule Used for upgrading in rally enhancement.
Skills researched through Rally Enhancement use Treasure Capsules and Resources to upgrade. Each level will require a certain number of Treasure Capsules to reach. In order to do any Rally Enhancement research your Research Lab must be upgraded to level 30.

Tech Skills such as Crossfire and Hard Shelter take effect in both Solo combat and Rallies regardless of whether you are leading the Rally or not.
Some Tech Skills only take effect when you lead a Rally and don't take effect in Solo combat.
