Description[]
When your Headquarters reaches Level 7, State Intel will be unlocked. State 1 to State 241 will have a different State Intel as compared to States 242 and beyond, due to the newer state gameplay. State Intels, as the name suggests, requires the participation of the state to complete the quest so everyone can enjoy the rewards. However, do note that there are quests which are only awarded to some players, such as (but not limited to) first control of capital.
